Plastic bubble balloon toy has been offered to the world since 1970s. It consists of a tube of viscous plastic paste and a thin straw. Blowing a piece of plastic paste into a semi-solid balloon and playing with it is fun for numerous kids and families.

How to Blow Up Plastic Bubble Balloon:
1. Remove the cap from tube.
2. Use the sharp tip on the cap to puncture open the tube.
3. Gently squeeze a pea-sized amount of paste from the tube and stick it at one end of the straw.
4. Slowly blow air to the paste from the opposite end of straw, inflating the paste into a bubble balloon.
5. As you finish blowing, pinch off the bubble balloon with finger from the straw and seal the bubble balloon.
6. Now you can play with it!
How to Play with Plastic Bubble Balloons:
- Touch, toss or cast it.
- Put together bubble balloons of different sizes to make a creative model.
- Make it a contest to blow a bubble balloon as big as possible.
- Put eye stickers on bubble balloon to make a funny facial expression.
- Blow up a bubble balloon in a balloon!

Children above 6 years old, teenagers, adults.
(Children under 6 years old should be supervised by adults when using this product)
